SHIPPING POLICY
Prints are made to order in a print studio in Los Angeles. Please note that fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks and shipping may take an additional week for US, two weeks for international shipping.
Shipping is handled via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees assessed by their country.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nikkolas.art/contact with:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Items damaged after delivery
Delayed shipments due to carrier or customs issues
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at nikkolas.art/contact. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable once downloaded. Files are for personal and classroom use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
WORKSHOPS & GUEST SPEAKING
Booking fees for workshops and guest speaking engagements are subject to different terms.
