By accessing or purchasing from nikkolas.art ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Orders

All physical products (prints, books, canvas art, greeting cards, totes, mugs, t-shirts, stickers, magnets, and gift cards) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Order confirmations do not guarantee fulfillment if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos to arrange a replacement or store credit.

6. Digital Products & Downloads

Educators’ Guides and any other downloadable content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Workshops & Guest Speaking Engagements

Booking a workshop or guest speaker engagement is subject to a separate agreement. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in that agreement. Payment terms vary by engagement type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and content on nikkolas.art are the exclusive intellectual property of Nikkolas Smith. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this Site — in whole or in part — without express written permission is prohibited.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or reproduce content without permission, or to interfere with the Site’s operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

nikkolas.art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
